OPEN HEART CARDIAC SURGERY

In October 2018, OID partnered with University of the West Indies Healing Hearts in Jamaica, in conjunction with the Friends of Montefiore Cardiology Team to provide tools and equipment that would allow them to perform adolescent/adult heart surgeries for patrons with underlying and congenital heart defects.

Donations are needed to fund cardiac valve replacements.
